2000 Grandstand Birmingham Barons autos received

Here are two autos I received in a purchased I made with @todd4444 on Twitter. I'd love to be able to get Rowand's auto on the 4-player card but it would be too much of a gamble to try TTM and I doubt he does private signings (though Im not sure I care enough).

Buehrle purchases since Aug 2020 not yet in-hand

I have a friend in the US who is kind enough to receive packages I buy from COMC, eBay, Sportlots or wherever. He will sometimes scan the images for me depending on what they are. I use those images on Twitter, Instgram or here before receving them months later. I went through my purchase history on the online sites and made a list of Buehrles I am expecting in the next package. This is the first time Im publishing a list like this but thought it would be interesting to break down what I should be receiving. Because of what has gone on with COMC, those cards will not be in this shipment but I like knowing what I bought for future sake so I dont buy duplicates.

I have a variety of items in this post, some of which are memorabilia which I was unsure I wanted to pursue.


This was listed as a 2005 Studio Proofs Silver #71 but it was actually the gold (/25), which I needed.



2009 Topps Finest #56 Black printing plate. I got it for $16.19. Think it's the cheapest plate I've paid for so far.



Wheaties box. Paid $10. had seen them before but finally pulled the trigger on non-card stuff.


Miami Marlins flag. Had never seen this before and paid $4.00 for it. More non-sport stuff.


2004 Leather & Lumber Mark Buehrle Dual Game Used Ball & Bat /25. I have a few of the other variations but needed this one.


2009 Finest Gold Refractor #56 /50. I wasnt sure if I needed it but bought it anyway because I dont see them come up very often.

Misplaced Finest cards?

I believe I misplaced all of my Finest cards that I had in a 200-count box. For a second I thought I accidentally sent them to Lanny when I sent him a bunch of Buehrles in a trade. I just rebought a bunch of them on Sportlots and COMC. Main difficulty will be to find 1 or 2 of the Gold Refractors (/25) I had. I won't mind finding the missing cards.

1/8/2021 UPDATE: I DID NOT MISPLACE THEM! They were sitting on the floor in my messy, back room.

Newest pickup scans received

Finding the Co-Signers HyperSilvers have been hard but I have fopund two of them in the past few weeks. Here is the Blue with Konerko. I have also been purchasing different relics I can find. I have three of the /25 patches in this set.

Updated blog

I have updated the Relics and Autos pages the past few days to include everything I have in-hand and images centered. Everything you see scanned and posted on any pages of this blog I have acquired. Nathan will be shipping all of my purchaes over the past several months, including Lee Seung-yuop PSA slabs that popped a few weeks ago, in the next few weeks.
